Get in shape and have fun in our Summer Tabata Outdoor Bootcamp. You will have a blast in this ultimate calorie burning high intensity class.
Tabata is a form of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that alternates between twenty seconds of intense bursts of work and ten seconds of rest in four minute rounds. This class will have you burning calories even after you leave class. All fitness levels are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement, bring a water bottle and Yoga Mat.
NOTE: If there is heavy rain or very inclement weather, the program will be held in the Suffield Senior Center. The instructor will contact you by 9:30 a.m. the day of the program if the class needs to be rescheduled due to weather.
