Yoga and Mindfulness at Bruce Park Pavilion for Youth and Families - NEW
Our new child and family yoga program offers a beneficial way to help you and your family improve health, build confidence, flexibility, strength and de-stress.This yoga class designed for children and families is fun and has an athletic flow to get participants moving and encourages mindfulness.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement, wear a face mask when social distancing is not possible and bring a water bottle and exercise mat to the program.
The program is recommended for children ages 7-17 but parents/caregivers and adults are also welcome to register. In the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made by 10:00 a.m. and participants will be contacted by the instructor, only severe rain/thunderstorms will cancel program.
