Get a fantastic workout while keeping your 2023 fitness resolutions in this high intensity and fun step class. This super effective program  is designed to help build lean muscle while burning tons of fat all while having a blast. 

You will get a total body cardio and strength workout. This class combines step, HIIT, and dumbbells for an all around  ultimate thirty minute workout  Come get your heart pumping and the calories burning with a personal trainer.
Beginners to advanced are welcome.
