Fitness Programs with Unique Fitness
Are you ready to run?  Come join our informative and  fun training program.
Yes, running can be fun. All levels of runners are welcome.   (Fitness Walkers are also welcome.)

This program is the perfect way to train for the upcoming Suffield Parks and Recreation 5K Run/Walk and 10K Road Race to be held on Saturday, September 10 and for other local races.  This new running group will also get you in overall great shape and help you make new running friends.   Led by an experienced runner and coach, each session will start with a warm up, followed by the workout and ending with a cool down and stretches. The running workouts will be based on the levels of the runners. The participants will be coached during the session as well as given tools to continue the training on their own.  The group will be broken up into two groups and divided up between the runners and walkers.  (If you are participating as a walker-components of fitness walking/training will be covered.)
Please wear proper running sneakers and bring water.

The program will be meet at XGT Fitness- 138 Mountain Road

NOTE: $5.00 discount for each additional family member who registers after the first enrollment. 
Children 16 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
