Fitness Programs with Unique Fitness
Are you ready to run or improve your fitness walking?  Come join our informative and  fun training program. Yes, running can be fun.  All levels of runners/walkers are welcome. 

This program is the perfect way to train for the upcoming Suffield Parks and Recreation 5K Run/Walk and 10K Road Race to be held on Saturday, September 9 and for other local races. This new running and fitness walking group will also get you in overall great shape and help you make new fitness friends. Led by an experienced runner and coach, each session will start with a warm up, followed by the workout and ending with a cool down and stretches. The running workouts will be based on the levels of the runners. The participants will be coached during the session as well as given tools to continue the training on their own.
Please wear proper running sneakers and bring water.

Dates:  Wednesdays, July 5, 12, 19, 26, August 2, 9
Time:    7:00 - 8:00 pm
Ages:    5 yrs. & Older
Fee:       $40.00 
Program is held at XGT Fitness, 138 Mountain Rd, Suffield

NOTE: $5.00 discount for each additional family member who registers after the first enrollment. 
Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
