Continue to keep your 2023 fitness resolutions while getting a fantastic workout with this high intensity and fun step class.

This super effective program is designed to help build lean muscle while burning tons of fat all while having a blast.  You will get a total body cardio and strength workout. This class combines step, HIIT, and dumbbells for an all around ultimate thirty minute workout.  Come get your heart pumping and the calories burning with a personal trainer.
