Keep your 2023 fitness resolutions with our super effective and very popular Tabata Bootcamp.

Join a terrific group while you get in great shape while being motivated and starting the year off right by making exercise a priority. You will have a blast in this ultimate calorie burning high intensity class. 
Tabata is a form of HIIT (high-intensity interval training) that alternates between twenty seconds of intense bursts of work and ten seconds of rest in four minute rounds. This class will have you burning calories even after you leave class. All fitness levels are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothes and have an exercise mat for class.

NOTE: No program on April 9.
