Kick boxing
Kickstart your summer and get fit with Cardio kickboxing. 

This class is a great fitness choice for those looking for a new and fun way to shred calories, improve balance, coordination, and flexibility.  People who become easily bored with stationary cardio equipment will enjoy this class.  This is a non-contact class.  All fitness levels welcome. No marital arts or boxing experience necessary.  You will learn proper form and techniques for all punches and kicks and be able to combine them together onto heavy bags. Additionally basic self-defense techniques and tips will be taught.

Dates: Tuesdays, June 6, 13, 20 & 27
Time:   5:30 - 6:15 pm
Ages:   18 & Older
Fee:      $40.00
