Keep up your fitness routine this Spring and join us on Monday evenings for a total body strength and core class.
We are incorporating weights, bars, benches, steps, medicine balls, stability balls and floor strength moves in this one hour heart pumping class.
Dates: Mondays, March 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4
Time: 5:45 - 6:30pm
Ages: 14 yrs. & older
Fee: $60.00
