Are you looking for a terrific way to get in shape this Spring and get your workout in early? 

Join us for this fun and effective cardio, strength and core class.  In forty five minutes you will feel energized, strengthened and ready to start your day after a calorie burning, heart pumping and muscle toning workout.  This is the perfect mid-week morning workout!
