Total Body Strength and Cardio WEDNESDAY Evenings - NEW
Are you looking for a terrific way to get in shape in 2024 and get your workout in early?
Join us for this fun and effective cardio, strength and core class. In forty five minutes you will feel energized, strengthened and ready to end your day after a calorie burning, heart pumping and muscle toning workout. This is the perfect mid-week evening workout!
