Get Fit with FitBarre - NEW
FitBarre is a mixture of Pilates, yoga, and strength training.
This is a low-impact workout that will help tone and elongate muscles, improve posture and increase flexibility. You will work through low intensity movements with high repetitions, small isometric movements sometimes using light weights, core balls, mini bands and blocks to help build muscular endurance and core strength.

Time: 4:45 - 5:30pm
