Let’s get motivated and have fun getting in shape.
This is a fun circuit “workout” that we will be incorporating some weights and body weight exercises to become stronger and toned. All moves can be modified.
All levels welcome!
Dates: Tuesdays, January 9, 16, 23, 30, Feb.6
Time: 5:30-6:15pm
Ages: 14 yrs. & older
Fee: $45.00 ($5.00 discount for each family member that registers after the 1st registration)
