Join our new fun Fitness boxing that is a a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Fitness Boxing fuses boxing moves, combinations, and drills at heavy bags with functional exercises to improve your heart health, strength, endurance, balance, and coordination for a full body burn that targets every muscle group. A fun way to challenge your mind and body and help reduce stress and anxiety.  This class is a great option for those who have already completed the Intro to Boxing class or have had previous experience with some form of boxing.
 
Dates:   Mondays & Wednesdays, March 25 - May 8      
Time:    6:30 - 7:15pm 
Ages:    14 yrs. & older
Fee:      $110.00
NOTE: No program on April 15 & 17
