Looking to stay consistent and maintain your summer-toned body into the Fall?
Join us for an early morning workout to help trim, tone, and strengthen your body, using bodyweight, dumbbells, and resistance bands. This class features strength training with short intervals of cardio, plyometrics, and core exercises to give you a full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the day.
Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, September 23, 25, 27, 30, October 2, 4, 7, 9, 11,16, 18, October 21, 23, 25, 28, 30, November 1
Time: 6:00 - 6:45am
Ages: 14 yrs. & older
Fee: $135.00
