Looking to stay consistent and maintain your Summer toned body into the Fall?
Join us on Monday evenings for a total body strength and core class. We believe incorporating benches, steps and stability balls will enhance the overall experience and help participants achieve their fitness goals.
Dates: Mondays, September 23, 30, October 7, 21, 28, November 4
Time: 5:30 - 6:15pm
Ages: 14 yrs. & older
Fee: $60.00
