Join us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for a total body strength and core class. We are incorporating weights, bars, benches, steps, medicine balls, stability balls and floor strength moves in this one hour amazing sweaty class.
Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, January 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, 31, February 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14
Time: 6:00 - 7:00am
Ages: 14 yrs. & older
