This total body energizing workout offers a great way to start your busy day!
Join us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for a total body strength and core class. We are incorporating weights, bars, benches, steps, medicine balls, stability balls and floor strength moves in this 45 minute amazing sweaty class that’s get you back home before the kids wake up!
Dates: March 24, 26, 28, 31, April 2, 4, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30, May 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16

Ages: 14 yrs. & older
