If you are looking for a total body strength and cardio class, this is it!

This class is a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and core work. This class will challenge you to improve your overall fitness strength and cardio levels.

Dates:   Thursdays, September 11, 18, 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Time:     6:00 - 7:00pm
Ages:    14 yrs. & older
Fee:       $80.00
