Kids off to school? Your time! Start your mornings off on the right foot to ensure extra calorie burn and energy throughout the day! Join us on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings for a total body strength and core class.
We are incorporating weights, bars, benches, steps, medicine balls, stability balls and floor strength moves in this one hour amazing sweaty class.
