Led by Emily Wruck, owner of XGT Fitness, you'll enjoy individualized instruction tailored to your fitness level. Experience the benefits of using state-of-the-art equipment in our fully equipped studio, ensuring effective and safe workouts that maximize results. From sweat-inducing cardio bursts to muscle-toning strength exercises and core-defining movements, every session is varied, challenging, and fun.
