Total Body Fitness
This energizing workout combines total body strength and core training.  Working the entire body, glutes, legs, upper body, abs, and back. 

We will incorporate weights, bars,
benches, steps, medicine balls, stability balls, and floor strength moves in this 45 minute class. 

Dates:   Mondays & Wednesdays, January 5, 7, 12, 14,19, 21, 26, 28 February 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25
Time:     5:45 - 6:30pm
Ages:    14 yrs. & Older
Fee:      $150.00
