        A unique workout blends the core-strengthening principles of Standing Pilates, controlled movements, core engagement, and proper breathing with the energetic, high-energy movements of shadow boxing.  
Participants will enhance their workouts by wearing 2 pound neoprene weighted gloves (provided by Total Body Fitness), which add just the right amount of resistance to elevate their fitness journey.  This unique combination aims to improve flexibility, muscular tone, balance, and overall fitness, an excellent option for all fitness levels.
