This energizing workout combines total-body strength and core training. Working the total body, glutes, legs, upper body, abs, and back. We will incorporate weights, bars, benches, steps, medicine balls, stability balls, and floor strength moves in this 45 minute class.
A great way to start your day before work and the kids get up!
Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, March 30, April 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, May 1, 4, 6, 8
