        This total body energizing workout offers a great way to start your busy day.
Join us on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings for a total body strength and core class. Working the total body, glutes, legs, upper body, abs, and back. We are incorporating weights, bars, benches, steps, medicine balls, stability balls, and floor strength moves in this 45 minute class that gets you back home before the kids wake up.
