This fitness class is designed to focus on toning, sculpting, and strengthening the muscles of your lower body and core.
This workout targets the glutes, hips, thighs, and abs through a combination of exercises using resistance bands, dumbbells, and steps. We supply the mats for abs.
Dates: Tuesdays, January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17, 24
