        Kickstart your weekend Saturday mornings with a cardio, strength, and core hour. 
This class is designed to tone, sculpt, and strengthen your lower body, upper body, and core. We will target glutes, legs, biceps, shoulders, chest, and back using resistance bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRXs, and steps. 
GREAT way to start your day.
