Gem art, or also known as diamond painting, is a craft where you can create mosaic-like artwork by applying tiny, sticky gems to a sticky canvas. Canvases are pre-printed with a design to follow, similar to color by numbers. You use a tool to pick up each gem and place them on to the canvas. It is a relaxing, fun craft to do to end the busy school day.
Parents must indicate in PikMyKid School Connections (McAlister) or individual program (Spaulding), so students can be safely dismissed.
Students in afternoon courses will stay in their classrooms until approximately 3:30pm when they will be dismissed through a central location before being sent to the assigned course location.
All students should be picked up promptly at the time listed for each course.

Fee: $35.00
Credit card payment only.
NOTE: Any Suffield Parks & Recreation account credits may NOT be applied to School Connections registrations.
General Information
- INSTRUCTOR: Ms. Bergamini
- SNACKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL. Please send a snack.
- No refunds will be offered for a student who is enrolled in a course, but later withdraws (even if withdrawal occurs before the course begins).
- Medications at the school will not be accessible during School Connections hours.
- Registration closes on Friday, December 19, 2025 and/or earlier if enrollment reaches maximum capacity.
- Limited enrollment.
