Mix, Make and Grow Club is a colorful, hands-on adventure for kindergarten and 1st graders where little creators explore gardening, tie-dye, painting, and cooking/baking all in one fun-filled experience!
From planting seeds and making wearable rainbow art to painting bright masterpieces and mixing up tasty treats, children build creativity, confidence, and teamwork skills while learning through playful, messy, magical fun.
Parents must indicate in PikMyKid School Connections (McAlister) or individual program (Spaulding), so students can be safely dismissed.
Students in afternoon courses will stay in their classrooms until approximately 3:30pm when they will be dismissed through a central location before being sent to the assigned course location.
All students should be picked up promptly at the time listed for each course.
Dates: Wednesdays, April 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27
Time: 3:30 - 4:30pm
Ages: Kindergarten - Grade 1
Fee: $40.00
Credit card payment only.
NOTE: Any Suffield Parks & Recreation account credits may NOT be applied to School Connections registrations.
General Information
- INSTRUCTOR: Mrs, Johnson & Ms. Gorneault
- SNACKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL. Please send a snack.
- No refunds will be offered for a student who is enrolled in a course, but later withdraws (even if withdrawal occurs before the course begins).
- Medications at the school will not be accessible during School Connections hours.
- Registration closes on Friday, April 3 and/or earlier if enrollment reaches maximum capacity.
- Limited enrollment.
