Ready to swap the desk for the fairway? We are heading to the green for a 6-week Golf Club designed to take your child from the "duffer" level to a confident golfer!
We’re going beyond just hitting the ball. Our young golfers will master:
- The Toolbox: Learning which club to use for the perfect shot (Driver vs. Putter).
- The Strategy: Decision-making on the course and understanding yardage.
- The Humbling Game: Mastering golf course etiquette and pace of play.
- The Scorecard: How to keep track of those Birdies and Pars.
To get us on the course, we need a "caddy" (you) to help with the drive:
- When: Monday afternoons, 3:30pm – 5:00pm.
- Where: Airways Golf Course.
- Transportation: Parents are required to provide transportation TO and FROM the course.
- The "Carpool Lane": I will provide parent email addresses for everyone signed up so you can coordinate rides and share the driving duties.
Note: Neither the school nor Airways Golf Course is providing transportation for this club.
Does your child have their own set of clubs? Awesome, please bring them. If they don't have clubs, don't sweat it. Please email me directly at ngianni@suffield.org as soon as possible so I can ensure we have equipment ready for them.
Parents must indicate in PikMyKid School Connections (McAlister) or individual program (Spaulding), so students can be safely dismissed.
Students in afternoon courses will stay in their classrooms until approximately 3:30pm when they will be dismissed through a central location before being sent to the assigned course location.
All students should be picked up promptly at the time listed for each course.

NOTE: Any Suffield Parks & Recreation account credits may NOT be applied to School Connections registrations.
General Information
- INSTRUCTOR: Mr. Gianni
- SNACKS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE SCHOOL. Please send a snack.
- No refunds will be offered for a student who is enrolled in a course, but later withdraws (even if withdrawal occurs before the course begins).
- Medications at the school will not be accessible during School Connections hours.
- Registration closes on Friday, April 3 and/or earlier if enrollment reaches maximum capacity.
- Limited enrollment.
