Enjoy a great evening of bowling and meeting new friends. Get some exercise and have some fun! This program is geared for Middle Schoolers through adults.
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
Volunteer special partners, coaches and helpers are always needed and also welcome! Many fun activities, event nights and zoom activities are held throughout the year in addition to the bowling program!

Dates: September 15 - April 13 and a bowling Banquet in May
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 4:30 - 6:30pm
Age: Geared for Middle Schoolers through adult
Location: Spare Time Lanes, Route 75, Windsor Locks
Fee: $12.00 for three games and shoe rental, paid directly at Bowling alley. Everyone must pay $12.00 weekly. There is no pro-rating the games, you must pre-register for this program. Please register at suffieldrec.com
NOTE: All participants must also be sure to fill out the below Special Olympics paperwork and forms for both athletes and Special Partners before the start of the program. This is for all participants and athletes. We are also in need of more volunteers for the Special Olympics Tournaments. Please let Donna know if you can help.

- $12.00 Fee includes 3 games & shoe rental and is paid directly to bowling alley (Spare Time Lanes) on the day of the program.

- All participants must pre-register and fill out a medical/registration waiver prior to beginning bowling and attending events. There is no pro-rating the games.
