Celebrate the spirit of the 1950’s with an unforgettable summer evening at the Suffield Town Green Classic Cars Concert & Movie Night on Saturday, August 8, 2026!
This nostalgic, family-friendly event will transform the Suffield Town Green into a true Americana celebration featuring cars, motorcycles, live music, food, community spirit, and a movie under the stars all while celebrating #summerinsuffield, America’s 250th Anniversary, and the beautiful new Bandstand on the Green.
The night kicks off with a Parade of Cars and Motorcycles from the Suffield Senior Center to the Town Green, followed by an exciting showcase of vehicles, live entertainment, and vintage 1950’s-style charm. Whether you own a classic car, muscle car, antique vehicle, custom ride, sports car, Jeep, truck, modern show car, or motorcycle, all enthusiasts are invited to participate in this community celebration.
Guests will enjoy the timeless music of Frank Sinatra performed live by Patrick Tobin and the Dirty Martini Band, creating the perfect soundtrack for an evening filled with nostalgia, fun, and community pride. Families and friends can stroll the Green, enjoy local food trucks, admire the vehicles and motorcycles, and experience the sights and sounds of a classic American summer night. Guests are encouraged to dress in 1950’s style attire if they wish or simply come as you are and enjoy the fun.
Then at 8:30 PM, settle in with lawn chairs and blankets for a special outdoor showing of the iconic movie “Grease,” bringing even more 1950’s fun and movie magic to the evening.
This exciting event also serves as a fundraiser for the Suffield Community Services Kitchen Fund, supporting important programs that help neighbors in need throughout the community.
We are currently seeking sponsors, community partners, car show participants, and motorcycle participants to help make this signature summer event a success. This is a great opportunity for local businesses and organizations to be part of a high-energy community event celebrating Americana, music, cars, motorcycles, and family fun in the heart of Suffield.

Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Suffield Town Green Classic Cars, Concert & Movie Night on Saturday, August 8, 2026, as we celebrate the spirit of the 1950’s in the heart of Suffield.
We invite collectors, builders, and enthusiasts to showcase their vehicles during a festive parade and public display on the beautifully transformed Suffield Town Green. This is an opportunity to share your vehicle with a community that values craftsmanship, history, and automotive tradition, all set within a vibrant summer celebration.
The evening will feature a full 1950’s-inspired experience, including a parade of cars and motorcycles, live music by Patrick Tobin and the Dirty Martini Band performing the timeless music of Frank Sinatra, local food trucks, and a special outdoor screening of the classic film Grease under the stars.
This signature event celebrates #summerinsuffield, America’s 250th Anniversary, and the opening of Suffield’s new Bandstand, creating a meaningful backdrop for an evening of community pride and classic Americana.
All types of vehicles are welcome, including classic, antique, muscle cars, custom builds, modern show vehicles, Jeeps, trucks, sports cars, and motorcycles. This event is designed to honor both the vehicles and the people who preserve and enjoy automotive culture.
We are also actively seeking sponsors and community partners to support this signature summer event and help make it a memorable celebration for the entire community.
Registration Details
Registration is $10 donation per vehicle and is required to participate.(Additional donations are welcome and directly benefit the Suffield Senior Center Kitchen Fund.)
