Premier Field Hockey Camp is for field players and goal keepers, with specialized coaches for both. We have a fantastic staff (top college, club, and high school) that not only love field hockey and kids but teach from structured lessons that are strategically planned out for the week. This process ensures that each player gets proper instruction from the basics to high level skills. A typical day is comprised of fun, skill development, tactical sessions as well as game play. We offer a field hockey experience for players in grades 1-12. Players are separated by age and ability. We strive to bring players, coaches and all involved with Premier Field Hockey Camps the best of everything field hockey. Our staff is second to none. We have field hockey and sport professionals that not only can teach field hockey skills but share their expertise in athlete development, and college recruiting.We will have a field hockey stick to use for the camp, if your child is new and wants to experience field hockey. The Training Lab: Field Hockey Skill AcademyThis 6-part skill development clinic is designed to help players improve the technical execution, understanding, and application of essential field hockey skills in a structured and engaging environment.Each 2-hour session will focus on five core areas of the game: Elimination skills Defensive skills Releasing skills Receiving skills Goal-scoring skills Players will learn the key technical details behind each skill, including body positioning, grip management, footwork, timing, and decision-making, while participating in high-quality repetitions and game-like activities designed to build confidence and execution during play.In addition to player development, this clinic also provides a unique coach education opportunity. Coaches will learn how to effectively teach and deliver technical skills, identify common technical errors, provide meaningful corrections, and manage skill progression during training sessions.
