12:30 PM - 2:30 PM    Summer Let Grow Play Club (Gr. K–5) - Summer Let Grow Play Club
Suffield Parks and Recreation, in partnership with the Suffield Balance Project, invite you and your child to the Let Grow Play Club. This unique summer program offers an unstructured, mixed-age play experience where children are encouraged to guide their own play and resolve conflicts independently. Through this approach, kids build essential social skills, resilience, creativity, and confidence. The program facilitator is present to ensure child safety and provide first aid if needed but takes a hands-off (“lifeguard only”) role, meaning they do not mediate conflicts or direct play unless absolutely necessary. With limited materials provided, children are inspired to use their imagination and create their own fun.Children attending Kids Korner/Morning Munchkins Camp may be dismissed directly to Play Club. Please have children wear comfortable clothing and sneakers that can get dirty. This program runs rain or shine; in the case of rain, please pack rain gear/boots.
