This class is for the Parks and Recreation Summer Camp Staff that need to update or take their CPR/First Aid Class.The American Heart Association's (AHA) Heartsaver CPR/First Aid course provides individuals with the essential skills to respond to and manage medical and injury emergencies until professional help arrives. This video-based, instructor-led course teaches basic first aid, CPR, and AED use, covering a range of situations from choking to cardiac arrest. It's designed for individuals with limited or no medical training who need a certification for job, regulatory, or personal reasons.Date: Monday, June 15 Time: 5:00 - 9:00pm (Participants must arrive by 4:55pm) (There is also an online portion before the class)Location: Suffield Ambulance, 205 Bridge Street, SuffieldInstructor: Ambulance StaffFee: $60.00All Summer Counselors must have their current certification in CPR and First Aid.
