Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy
School activities and sports have priority over the Parks and Recreation activities. Whenever school is canceled due to inclement weather, all recreation activities held in the public schools will be canceled. Regarding programs other than those held in public schools, a decision to cancel a program will be made by 4:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday, OR one hour prior to the start of the program on Saturday. Cancellations will be announced on www.suffieldrec.com, via email, and on our social media pages, found under @suffieldrec for Facebook and Instagram.
