Senior Center Programs Refund Policy


All programs are based on a limited enrollment - either the deadline date or when the program reaches capacity.  Please register early to ensure that you have a spot and that the programs are not cancelled.
If the Senior Center Office is notified 5 business days prior to the start of the program, all but 25% or $25.00, whichever is less of the program fee will be refunded. For trips, refer to trip information.  No refunds once program starts.  We reserve the right to cancel or consolidate programs based on registrations. Full refunds are given for any canceled programs.

Refund checks will be issued by mail from our Finance Department and will follow the Finance Department's bill paying schedule. An account credit can be placed on your Parks & Recreation account. Account credits may be applied to any future program. . No cash refunds will be issued.

Register early to help insure that the program of your choice will be offered.  Programs with an insufficient enrollment will result in cancellation.
