The healthiest, strongest version of you is within your reach. Come experience a mix of Yoga & Pilates that will help strengthen and lengthen your muscles while empowering your mind.
This class focuses on movements that will help improve your balance, mobility, strength, and flexibility. My goal is to keep you challenged and motivated in every class. No two classes are the same.
Bring your mat and if needed a yoga block. All are welcome.
