The healthiest, strongest version of you is within your reach. Come experience a mix of Pilates &Yoga that will help strengthen and lengthen your muscles while empowering your mind.
This class focuses on movements that will help improve your balance, mobility, strength, and flexibility. My goal is to keep you challenged and motivated in every class. No two classes are the same.
Bring your mat and if needed a yoga block.
All are welcome.
Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays, October 2 – December 20 (October 2 & 4 are make-up dates from the last session)
Time: 9:00 - 10:00am
Ages: 50 yrs. & older
Fee: 2 Classes Per Week: Pick 2 days - Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays (21 Classes) for $91.75 OR you can choose to attend all 3 Classes Per Week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (30 Classes) for $130.00
No program on October 14, November 11 & 29.
