All supplies are included. Please bring an apron or some type of cover to protect your clothing. Your instructor, Nina has been an artist since childhood. With a college degree in Art and Design she enjoys sharing her love of art and the joy that it brings to so many people.

With award-winning, cutting-edge exhibits featuring over 4,000 animals, there is no other zoo in the world that offers the diversity, superb viewing, and world-renowned expertise that assures a rewarding experience and the knowledge that visitors can make a difference in the world around them. Whether you're nose-to-nose with Western Lowland Gorillas in their famous Congo Gorilla Forest, spotting Snow Leopards in their naturalistic Himalayan Highlands Habitat, or experiencing almost an acre of an indoor Asian rain forest, you're always within roaring distance of the world's most amazing wildlife. In the end, you'll know that your admission fees went to a conservation organization that has more expert researchers in the field than any other. Everyone should visit this zoo at least once! This is a shared trip with East Granby Parks and Recreation. Our deluxe motor coach will stop first at the Suffield Senior Center (145 Bridge Street) at 7:15 am (please arrive by 7:00 am), then will head to the East Granby Farms (79 North Main Street) for a 7:30 am pickup (please arrive by 7:15 am). The bus will depart from the Bronx Zoo at 4:30 pm. Bob has taught at the Home Information Center in East Longmeadow, the Creative Arts Center in Holyoke and Holyoke Community College. Bob is a member of the American Institute of Floral Designers and has designed and participated at their national symposium in Atlanta on “Topical Techniques”, at the Boston Symposium awards show and the Festival of Flowers at the Springfield Museum.

This class focuses on movements that will help improve your balance, mobility, strength, and flexibility. My goal is to keep you challenged and motivated in every class. Advanced Active & Fit will challenge your core, balance and strength at your own pace. We focus on exercises that train the muscles in your core which will lead to better balance and stability. Joseph focuses on hitting every muscle on your body with or without weights to help promote lean muscle mass and stronger bones. The benefits you'll receive from taking this class is injury prevention, stronger core which will reduce a weak back or pain, improve balance, better stability, burn fat, increase metabolism and so much more.If you don't know which class to choose from don't worry Joseph is a personal fitness trainer. Active & Fit chair class is a great way to get started as a beginner or intermediate and make great progress as you go. With no strain added to your body this class will help you build strength and improve your flexibility. Joseph's chair exercises are a great low-impact way to incorporate movement into your routine. We do a combination of body and weight training. This will help with better balance, increase endurance, bone density, blood flow for mobility, and most important improve synovial fluid to promote healthier joints. Join us to create a beautiful, 11 x 14, acrylic painting of a Bouquet of Flowers.In this fun class you will create a painting with guided step by step directions. No art experience required. All supplies are included. Please bring an apron or some type of cover to protect your clothing. Your instructor, Nina has been an artist since childhood. With a college degree in Art and Design she enjoys sharing her love of art and the joy that it brings to so many people.
